Kata Class
Build and strengthen your karate foundation as we focus on the basics to footwork and kata training.
Conditioning Class
Condition and strengthen your body and mind through a challenging workout regime. By working to push and motivate each other, you’ll grow at a faster pace than you would by working out alone.
Bag Training Class
Using heavy bags and mitts, you’ll practice various combinations and techniques to gain more speed, strength, stamina, and powerful contacts.
Self-Defense Class
Build on the karate basics and strength training you’ve learned in our other classes for practical self-defense techniques.
Sparring Class
Test your fighting techniques you’ve learned during class into practice through continuous sparring. Each class is videotaped so you can review and make further adjustments and improvements.
Fighter’s Class
A technical and challenging class that will train and prepare fighters for high level competition. Reserved for those students who wish to compete in kumite in tournaments.
Weapons
Learn the basics and katas of traditional Japanese weapons such as bo, tonfa, nunchuk and sai. For yellow belts and above.
